CITY OF BELLINGHAM, WA 56B-2025 Climate Vulnerability Assessment for the Lake Whatcom Watershed - RFP The City of Bellingham is requesting proposals on behalf of the Lake Whatcom Management Program (LWMP) to develop a Climate Vulnerability Assessment for the Lake Whatcom Watershed. This assessment will contribute toward fulfillment of the Lake Whatcom Management Program 2025-2029 Work Plan objective "Conduct a comprehensive Lake Whatcom Climate Vulnerability Assessment to assess the impacts of climate change on the Lake Whatcom watershed and the LWMP" and "Create educational materials based off of results from the Lake Whatcom Climate Vulnerability Assessment." The Purchasing Office must receive the electronic Proposal ("RFP") documents through the City Bid portal ''Procureware'' https://cob.procureware.com/ no later than 11:00 AM on September 12, 2025. The Electronic sealed bids proposals will be opened and read after the 11:00 AM deadline.
