ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS Sealed bids to complete the project: Compensation and Classification Study For Covington Independent Public Schools 25 E. 7 TH Street Covington, Kentucky 41011 Sealed proposals will be received at Covington Independent Public Schools (CIPS), at the Board of Education Office reception desk, 25 East Seventh Street, Covington, Kentucky 41011 until, September 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud as soon as practical in the 2 nd floor Board Room. The work will be performed under ONE contract with the Owner. CIPS is seeking proposals from consulting or professional services firms to conduct a comprehensive Compensation and Classification Study of all classified and certified position. This is to include supplemental contract positions. The school district is located in Covington, Kentucky, and employs approximately 700 employees (about one half classified and one half certified). The District currently serves approximately 3,500 students on 8 campuses throughout the city.
