NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 LEXINGTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Lexington Community Development District has scheduled their Regular Board Meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 to be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Rocky Bluff Library, 6750 U.S. HWY 301 North, Ellenton, Florida 34222 on the first Monday on the following dates: January 5, 2026 May 4, 2026 – Budget Meeting June 1, 2026 August 3, 2026 – Budget Hearing The meeting may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager's Office at (813) 991-1116 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings.
