A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually on August 27, 2025 at 1:00PM CST. The deadline for submission is September 11, 2025 at 2:00PM CST. The bid opening will be virtual at 2:30PM. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work required for paving, storm drainage culverts, and constructing retention ponds with aeration fountains. The project has an expected duration of 365 calendar days.
