NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF STATEMENT OF ACTIVITY To all interested agencies, groups, and persons: South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity intends to submit a pre-application to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, for a Housing Preservation Grant (Section 533) for FY2025. South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity seeks this grant to provide housing rehabilitation grants to 10-15 very low and low-income homeowners. The rehabilitation grants will make critical repairs to ensure the safe and healthy occupancy and preservation of their homes in the eligible areas of Thurston County. A proposed Statement of Activities will be available for public review and comment at the South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity offices located at 910 5th, Olympia, WA 98501 from August 20th to September 3rd, 2025, during office hours 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Comments on the proposed Statement of Activities are to be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Walker, CEO, at South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity at PO Box 2225, Olympia, WA 98507 or via email at info@spshabitat.org.
