Drilling Contract Bid Notice The Orange Vale Water Company (OVWC) is inviting interested and qualified drilling contractors to participate in a public bid for drilling a test hole for a proposed new municipal well in Orangevale California. The test hole will involve drilling an 8" dia. bore hole approx. 300' below ground surface, reaming it to 12"in dia., and performing isolation zone sampling and water quality analysis.
