REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NeighborWorks® Columbus is announcing this Request For Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is intended to establish a continual pool of licensed contractors for potential bidding opportunities on future residential new construction activities (for single-family residential properties in Muscogee County). This advertised RFQ refers only to a pre-qualification stage of the contractor procurement process. Those who successfully respond to this RFQ and meet these qualification criteria will be included in the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation stage (when that stage, as determined by NeighborWorks Columbus, occurs). You may respond to this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting your contractor qualifications, in addition to the documents listed below. While there is no deadline, respondents are encouraged to submit qualification packages promptly. Responses (with all documents attached) may be submitted via e-mail to kwilson@nwcolumbus.org. Copies of the following documentation must be submitted with your response qualification package.
