The Benton-Franklin Council of Governments (BFCOG) will hold an Open House for the 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on Wednesday, September 17, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Open House can be attended in-person at 587 Stevens Dr, Richland, WA 99352, or virtually via Microsoft Teams (link below). Attend to learn about and provide feedback on future transportation plans and projects in the region. Public comments on the draft TIP will be accepted through October 1st.
