City of Crowley Crowley, TX NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Crowley is soliciting sealed responses to an RFP for third party plan review and inspection services. Qualified firms are requested to submit proposals as described on the full RFP posted on the city's website (see link below). The City of Crowley is requesting proposals from qualified firms for plan review and inspection services that are mutually beneficial and align with the City's budget. The selected firm(s) would provide plan review and/or inspection services for residential and/or commercial projects. For now, the services are needed in place of a full-time building official / plans reviewer and inspector. If the City hires a full-time building official / plans reviewer and/or inspector, the selected firm would serve as backup support for those roles. Proposals will be accepted from firms with the necessary expertise and experience.
