PUBLIC NOTICE The California Department of Conservation, Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) issued on July 17, 2025, an Order of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor (Order No. 1547) to Clofas Case Oil for the plugging and abandonment of wells D-1-7 (API 0401900150), 13A-7 (API 0401900151), 21A-7 (API 0401900152), decommissioning of attendant facilities, and restoration of the well site in the Southeast Burrel Field, on the McCarthy Lease.
