NOTICE OF SEPA ACTION DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE City of Algona Ordinance #1257-25 Re: Permanent Supportive & Transitional Housing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Algona, Washington has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for Ordinance #1257-25 regarding the updating of the Municipal Code regarding, among other things, development regulations in order to align the Code with House Bill 1220 as well as the City's recently-passed 2024 Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this notice is to invite testimony and to submit written evidence or information regarding the action. Such comments become part of the record. Upon completion of the hearing the Planning Commission shall forward its recommendation to the City Council. The decision of the City Council on this action may be appealed to the Hearing Examiner.
