SAMANTHA FRYE and all other occupants 7322 W Bonnie Avenue, Space 138, Kennewick, WA 99336, Defendants, ) ) Case No. 25-2-01675-03 SUMMONS ( 60 days ) Amended TO THE DEFENDANT: Samantha Frye, and all other occupants A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court by Tri-Cities RV Park, LLC, Denise L. Werner, and Michael J. Werner, (hereinafter "Plaintiffs"). Plaintiffs' claims are stated in the written complaint, a copy of which is served upon you with this summons. In order to defend against this lawsuit, you must respond to the complaint by stating your defense in writing, and by serving a copy upon the person signing this summons within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after August 19, 2025, or a default judgment may be entered against you without notice. A default judgment is one where plaintiff is entitled to what she or he asks for because you have not responded. If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before a default judgment may be entered. A brief statement of the object of the action: Plaintiffs seek judgment granting possession of the Premises to Plaintiff against any defendants occupying the real property described in the Complaint ("Premises") and granting compensation to Plaintiffs for the loss of value for Defendants' continued use and occupation of the Premises, in the amount to be proven at trial plus costs and disbursements as allowed by law incurred herein. If you wish to seek the advice of an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be served on time.
