NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF DSG ONE, LLC DSG One, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (the "Company") hereby gives this notice to claimants, pursuant to § 57D-6-11 of the North Carolina Limited Liability Company Act. (1) The Company is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs. (2) The information required to be included in a claim against the Company are: a. Claimant's name, address, phone number, and email address (if available); b. Amount of claim; and c. Description of the basis of the claim, including supporting documentation.
