LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF MEETING TO CORRECT ASSESSMENTS LEVIED ON ASSESSMENT BOOKS OF PIONEER IRRIGATION DISTRICT. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of August 2025, the Board of Directors of Pioneer Irrigation District met and made an estimate of the necessary funding required for the expenses of maintaining, operating and improving the Pioneer Irrigation District for the 2025-2026 operating year. Each acre will be assessed at the rate of $88.00 per acre. All accounts will be assessed an additional $38.00 as an assessment expense. Said assessments have been carried out by the Secretary of the District and entered upon the appropriate heading on the assessment roll of Pioneer Irrigation District. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN, that the Board of Directors of Pioneer Irrigation District will meet on September 8th, 2025, at 3804 S. Lake Ave, Caldwell, Idaho at 10:00 a.m. and sit as a Board of Correction to correct the assessments levied by said Board and extended on the books of the District by the Secretary. They will continue in session from day to day for as long as may be necessary, not to exceed five days, and make such changes in the assessment books as may be necessary to be made to conform to the facts in each instance. At such time and place, any person interested may come before the Board and object to any assessment so levied and assessed in the District.
