Application of Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC to Amend Its Certificate of Convenience and Necessity for the Division 138 kV Transmission Line Project in Tarrant and Dallas Counties, Texas PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION OF TEXAS (PUC) DOCKET NO. 58453 This notice is to inform you that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor”) has applied to amend its certificate of convenience and necessity (“CCN”) to construct, own, and operate a new double-circuit 138 kilovolt (“kV”) transmission line. The proposed transmission line will begin at Oncor’s proposed Division Substation, to be located southwest of Division Street and Stadium Drive in Arlington, Texas. From there, the proposed transmission line will extend east to one of four southern intermediate tap point alternatives along Oncor’s existing Executive Parkway Switch–Sherry Switch 138 kV transmission line between the proposed Division Substation and State Highway (“SH”) 360. The proposed transmission line will then follow that existing transmission line corridor until it reaches a second, northern intermediate tap point located north of Division Street. From this northern tap point, the proposed transmission line will continue to the project’s eastern endpoint, which will be one of three potential tap locations along the existing Liggett Switch–Cedar Hill Switch 138 kV transmission line, located east of SH 360. The locations of the southern intermediate tap point and the eastern endpoint will be determined by the route selected by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (the “Commission” or “PUC”). The length of the project is approximately 3.39 to 5.80 miles, with an estimated total project cost ranging from approximately $82,096,000 to $123,270,000 (including station costs), depending on the route ultimately selected by the Commission.
