Star Sewer and Water District Star, Idaho Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion CM/GC Request for Qualifications The Star Sewer and Water District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) to select a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the upcoming wastewater treatment plant expansion project. SOQ's for the WWTP CM/GC will be received by Star Sewer and Water District, at the District Office located at 10831 W State St, Star, Idaho 83669 or by mail c/o, Tim Clark P.O. Box 400, Star, Idaho 83669 until 4:00 PM MST on September 5, 2025. The WWTP Expansion is expected to include the following components: closure and abandonment of two equalization basins, installation of new screens in the headworks in existing channels, construction of a new primary effluent splitter box, construction of additional MBR trains, replacing older MBR and process blowers, construction of a new solids handling/UV disinfection building, replacement of the existing effluent Parshall flume and piping, and upgrades to the electrical service, backup power, and utility water systems.
