CITY OF COLLEYVILLE
The City Council of the City of Colleyville hereby gives Public Notice the following ordinances were passed and adopted:
Ordinance O-25-2330
Amending the Colleyville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 90, Section 90-1, adopting a residential homestead property tax exemption equal to the greater of fourteen percent of the appraised value or five thousand dollars; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date
Ordinance O-25-2331
Amending the zoning ordinance and the official zoning map of the City of Colleyville, Texas, by changing the zoning on approximately 1.34 acres, being Tract 3, Abstract 211, BBB & C RY survey, located at 5508 Reagan Road, by authorizing a special use permit to allow for an accessory dwelling; providing a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and providing an effective date
