CITY OF FRESNO PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT PROGRAM YEAR 2024-2025 In accordance with federal regulations, the City of Fresno (City) has prepared the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2024-2025 Program Year. The CAPER describes the City's accomplishments using federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS/HIV (HOPWA) funds. Evaluation of program performance covers the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. On August 11, 2025, the City will make available a Public Review Draft of the 2024-2025 CAPER for a fifteen-day review and comment period at www.fresno.gov/housing.
