Prequal Ad - Extended Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by North Carolina State University and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for Phase 2 of the Polk Hall Renovation project in Raleigh, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This renovation to North Carolina State University's Polk Hall aims to address program and facility needs and prepare for coordination with the new neighboring Integrated Sciences building. The renovation includes rework and repair to the existing façade, addition of an interior stairwell, new vertical MEP chases, replacement of elevator, and exterior rework to meet ADA and provide access to new entrance locations.
