SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on February 28, 2023, Justin Kyle Merrill and Brittany Latasha Merrill, husband and wife executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on March 2, 2023, as Instrument No. 202303985, in Book 3974, Page 426, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, as having been modified by an agreement recorded on and recorded in Book4096, Page 859, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC by assignment recorded in Book 4163, Page 804 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
