San Juan Water District INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the San Juan Water District, located at 9935 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA 95746, until 1:00 p.m. local time on September 8, 2025, or such later date as may be set by addendum, and then will be publicly opened and read for the construction of the following public works project: Water Services Replacement Project, Hidden Lakes Subdivisions 1 & 2 and Granite Bay Shopping Center. In general, the nature of the Work involves the construction of domestic (potable) water facilities including but not limited to water services, fire hydrants, air release valves, and blow-offs. The Work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment for the replacement of replacement of 82 water services, 6 fire hydrants, 1 air release valve, and a blowoff.in the Hidden Lakes Subdivisions 1 & 2. The project also consists of modifying 27 water services within the Granite Bay Shopping Center. The Project is located in Granite Bay, Placer County, CA. The Work under the bid schedule shall be completed within 150 calendar days, from the date when the contract time commences to start.
