ON June 23, 2023 A PETITION, TOGETHER WITH ACCOMPANYING RULE NISI, NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES, AND LIS PENDENS, WAS FILED IN Bibb County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax lien(s) for the year(s) shown below:
This Petition serves as notice to the Respondent(s) and all Interested Parties that (1) each party is presumed to own or have a legal interest in one or more of the Subject Properties, (2) that foreclosure proceedings have been commenced because of the failure to pay the real property taxes cited above, and (3) foreclosure will result in the loss of ownership of the Properties and all rights or interests of all Interested Parties.
To avoid loss of ownership or any interest in the Property, payment of the full amount of taxes, penalties, interest, and costs must be paid to the Petitioner's office located at 188 Third Street, Macon, Georgia 31201 prior to any Court-ordered sale of the Property. An owner of the Property may redeem the Property within 60 days after the sale date by paying the full amount of taxes, penalties, interest and costs to the Bibb County Superior Court.
A hearing on the above matter shall take place on the 5th day of September, 2025 at 9:30 AM, Courtroom C, at the Bibb County Courthouse, 601 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.

Napier to W.P. Perkins by deed dated December 1, 1943, and recorded in Deed Book 513, Folio 183, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said tract COMMENCES on Daffodil Street, (formerly Neal Avenue) where land now or formerly of Perkins joins land now or formerly of Douglas and runs along Daffodil Street (formerly Neal Avenue) in an easterly direction 117 feet to the land now or formerly of Oscar and Derry Simmons; thence at an angle in a northerly direction a distance of 184 feet to an alley in the rear; thence in a westerly direction along said alley 117 feet to land now or formerly of Douglas; thence at right angles and in a southerly direction 176 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING. This is the same property conveyed to A.B. Alford by W.P. Perkins in warranty deed dated July 18, 1945, and recorded in Book 540, Folio 547.
