Written comments may be submitted between August 10, 2025 and August 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM to cityclerk@pasco-wa.gov or delivered to City Clerk's Office in City Hall located at: 525 N. Third Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. Public comments may be provided during the scheduled hearing or if you prefer to participate in the hearing virtually, please register at least 3 hours prior to the meeting (typically by 4:00 PM) at:www.pasco-wa.gov/publiccomment.
