PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission and the Westlake Town Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., respectively. The hearings will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearings are to hear and to make recommendation on or to consider the approval of the following:
A Specific Use Permit to allow for an above ground water and sewer pumping station on approximately 0.28 acres of land in PD, Planned Development District 3-9, ("PD 3-9"), commonly referred to as Circle T Planning Area 9. The property is generally located on the north side of State Highway 170, to the south of Parish Lane, and to the west of Roanoke Road.
Information concerning the above matters may be viewed at the Westlake Town Hall located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7200, Westlake, Texas 76262, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any interested person will have an opportunity to speak at the public hearing.
