ST. CLAIR COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 6:15 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to allow the division of 13.57-acres creating one 5.5 +/- acre parcel and one 8 +/- acre parcel instead of the 40-acres required in an "A" Agricultural Industry Zone District, on the following described property: Pt of Section 35, T. 1 N., R. 10 W., of the 3rd P.M., St. Clair County, Illinois containing 13.57-acres more or less. (PIN #06-35.0-100-018)
Which is known as 1740 Cement Hollow Road, East Carondelet, Illinois, in Sugarloaf Township.
Said request was made by Marvin L. Doerr & Judy A. Doerr, 1740 Cement Hollow Road, East Carondelet, Illinois, Owners and Kevin Doerr, 451 Burroughs Court, Columbia, Illinois, Applicant.
