Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE Kevin Mason has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a new 161.9 LF bulkhead consisting of a new vinyl wall Infront of the old wall. The new vinyl wall is proposed 2 ft higher which would bring the average height up to 6.58' The current face wall not counting wing walls is 161.03 LF. The work proposed is for erosion control for private use, at 1904 Dolphin Street Murrells Inlet SC, 29576 on Oyster Cove Canal.
