Cecilia Roxanne Carinci was conceived on or about February 2020, and born October 8, 2020 in Pineville, Mecklenburg Co., NC. The mother of the minor child is Andrea Elizabeth Carinci, a white female, born March 14, 1988. The biological father is a black man known as "Matt" who is approximately 6' tall and was in his mid-thirties in 2020 and believed to reside in Clover, SC. He worked as a bartender at The Broken Spoke located at 227 Southside Dr., Charlotte, NC. He had vaginal sexual intercourse with Andrea Elizabeth Carinci at her residence in Mecklenburg Co., NC after she visited The Broken Spoke. Any parental rights the unknown father or possible parent may have will be terminated upon entry of the order of adoption. You must file a response to the petition no later than September 17, 2025, said date being forty (40) days after first publication of this notice, in order to participate in and to receive further notice of the proceeding, including notice of the time and place of the proceeding. Upon your failure to respond, the Petitioner will apply to the court for the relief sought and your parental rights will be terminated upon entry of the order of adoption in this action.
