NOTICE OF MEETING DATES HEMINGWAY POINT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Hemingway Point Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the GMS Homestead office, located at 2804 NE 8 ST Suite #202, Homestead, FL 33033, on the fourth Wednesday of each month as follows: October 22, 2025 November 19, 2025, Exception December 17, 2025, Exception January 28, 2026 February 25, 2026 March 25, 2026 April 22, 2026 May 27, 2026 June 24, 2026 July 22, 2026 August 26, 2026 September 23, 2026 There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. These meetings are open to the public and may be continued to a time, date and place certain. Supervisors may attend the meeting by telephone as long as there is a quorum present at the meeting place. Any person wishing to receive a copy of the minutes of the meeting may contact Ben Quesada at (954) 721-8681. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
