NOTICE OF ELECTION - TOWN OF CLOVER MUNICIPAL SPECICAL ELECTION STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF YORK Notice is hereby given that the Non-Partisan Municipal Special Election for the Town of Clover will be held on Tuesday, Nov 4, 2025 as fixed by law. The office of Town Council Member shall be elected for an unexpired term. If required, a runoff election will be held Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025. Candidate Filing: Any citizen desiring to be a candidate for the above listed offices must be a qualified elector and resident of the Town of Clover. Each candidate must file a Statement of Intention of Candidacy Form with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office of York County during the filing period. Candidate filing will open at 12:00 Noon on Friday, August 15, 2025 and close at 12:00 Noon on Monday, August 25, 2025. A filing fee of ninety dollars ($90.00) is required and must be paid at the time of filing by each candidate via check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to the York County Treasurer.
