COUNTY OF PIERCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 25-006-HOMELESS-YHDP YOUTH HOMELESSNESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (YHDP) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pierce County is currently seeking applications from agencies interested in providing critical services that support youth (ages 24 and under) experiencing homelessness, with a focus on helping them access and maintain stable housing. Eligible organizations may apply to operate one or more of the following project types: Joint Component Transitional Housing–Rapid Rehousing (TH-RRH), Support Services Only – Outreach (Mobile Advocate), or Support Services Only – Coordinated Entry. YHDP funding, in the amount of $3,163,205 has been made available for these services. The Request for Proposal will be posted and available online Wednesday, August 6, 2025, on the following website: https://www.piercecountywa.gov/7829/Current-Solicitations.
