Public Notice Robert Okeefe has applied to the South Carolina Department of Enviromental Service, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove the existing 6' x 38' bridge and existing retaining wall channelward of the bridge. The existing 4' x 181' walkway will be removed with the existing piles left in place. To rebuild the walkway to connect to the upland of the property. The new walkway will be 4' x 275' with new decking and handrails. To propose as after-the-fact, the existing 1' x 11' and 1' x 15' cantilevered tables, as well as the existing 2' x 10' cantilevered sink. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use at 7 Sandy Ridge Road adjacent to Battery Creek. Comments will be recieved by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort SC 29902 by 8-15-2025. IPL0260703 Aug 6 2025
