PUGET SOUND CLEAN AIR AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (September 9, 2025) The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency will conduct a public hearing on September 9, 2025, on a proposal to request delegation of a federal landfill air quality regulation from the US Environmental Protection Agency. The Agency plans to request delegation from US EPA of the Landfill Federal Plan regulations in 40 CFR Part 62, Subpart OOO. There is currently one landfill subject to this regulation in these four counties, located in Graham, Pierce County.
