PUBLIC NOTICE SACRAMENTO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors shall conduct public hearings on the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Approved Recommended Budget on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is practicable. The hearings will be held in the Sacramento County Administration Building, Board Chambers, 700 H Street, Sacramento, California. During the course of the hearings, the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors may continue items to other days and times. At the hearings, the Board will consider revisions to the Approved Recommended Budget proposed by the County Executive and may make other revisions to the Approved Recommended Budget the Board deems appropriate. If necessary, the Board of Supervisors will continue hearings and deliberations to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and Friday, September 5, 2025. PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURES The Board of Supervisors fosters public engagement during the meeting and encourages public participation, civility and use of courteous language. The Board does not condone the use of profanity, vulgar language, gestures or other inappropriate behavior including personal attacks or threats directed towards any meeting participant. IN-PERSON PUBLIC COMMENT Speakers will be required to complete and submit a speaker request form to Clerk staff. The Chairperson will invite each individual to the podium to make a verbal comment.
