LEGAL NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING ON PROPOSED DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE The State College Zoning Revision Advisory Committee (ZRAC) will hold a hybrid special meeting on Aug. 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm for the proposed draft Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the Borough of State College. This meeting will be held at the Municipal Bldg, 243 S. Allen St., State College, PA in Room 220. The draft ordinance proposes changes from the current ordinance, adopted in 1959, that will incorporate national best practices with the goal of creating new housing opportunities and preserving community character.
