NOTICE OF SECOND HEARING ON PROPOSED USE OF CENTRE COUNTY'S FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR (FFY) 2025 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS Notice is hereby given that Centre County and Centre County on behalf of Bellefonte Borough will conduct a public hearing at Willowbank Building, 420 Holmes Street, Room 146, Bellefonte, PA on August 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen views and comments on the Centre County's proposed use of $458,918 in FFY 2025 CDBG funds, including Entitlement allocations, and to receive any comments or grievances regarding the Centre County's CDBG funds. This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities and/or for persons with Limited English Proficiency.
