The buildings are located on separate lots in Anacortes, WA, listed here: 903 and 909 22nd Street, 904 and 910 23rd St. The work includes, but is not limited to, complete tear off to expose roof sheathing, installation of new roofing underlayment, composite shingles, and associated flashings. There will be a non-mandatory informational meeting and site walk-through beginning at 1:30 pm Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
