NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGS BUCKEYE PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Fiscal Year 2026 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Buckeye Park Community Development District, which covers the period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, are scheduled to be held at 11:00 A.M. on the first Thursday of each month at the Country Inn and Suites, Bradenton-Lakewood Ranch, 5610 Manor Hill Lane, Bradenton, Florida 34203. The meeting schedule is noted below: October 2, 2025 November 6, 2025 December 4, 2025 January 1, 2026 – No Meeting February 5, 2026 March 5, 2026 April 2, 2026 May 7, 2026 June 4, 2026 July 2, 2026 – No Meeting August 6, 2026 September 3, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, JPWard & Associates, LLC, 2301 NE 37th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, or by phoning (954) 658-4900. The meeting agendas are also posted on the District's website at www.buckeyeparkcdd.org. These meetings may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations or an interpreter to participate at these meetings should contact the District Manager at (954) 658-4900, at least five (5) days prior to the date of the meetings.
