LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Notice of Availability of an Amendment to the Borough of State College (Borough) HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (Plan) for Public Review and Comment The Borough of State College (Borough) proposes revisions to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (Plan) in order to obligate funding in a timely manner which requires an informal amendment due to changes to the method of distributing HOME-ARP funds as described below. The Plan states that Borough staff will deliver a HOME-ARP Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program using $216,000 in HOME-ARP funds. The Borough proposes maintaining some administrative duties while contracting with Centre Helps for TBRA Program delivery. The Plan states that the Borough would employ a request for proposals process to identify a HOME-ARP Sponsor to administer and deliver Supportive Services using $618,437 in HOME-ARP funds. The Borough proposes to contract with Centre Helps to administer and deliver these services.
