STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF JACKSON NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on May 22, 2013, Roland W. Poole executed a Deed of Trust to The Peoples Bank, Biloxi, Mississippi, with David M. Allen as Trustee, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in Book 3135 at Pages 22-32, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and, WHEREAS, The Peoples Bank, Biloxi, Mississippi appointed and substituted Nathan L. Prescott in the place and stead of said original trustee named in the aforesaid original Deed of Trust, by instrument filed of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk and recorded in said office in Book 4138, at Pages 92-93; and WHEREAS default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust in favor of The Peoples Bank, Biloxi, Mississippi, and the holder of the note and Deed of Trust having requested the Substitute Trustee to sell the subject property, I will, on the 5th day of September, 2025, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the main west door of the county courthouse of Jackson County, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described property, lying and being situated in Jackson County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached.
