PROJECT NAME: Mill Creek Single Family Residential (PLN23-00439) (State Clearinghouse No. 2017052042) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Mill Creek subdivision project proposes to develop a 322-lot detached single-family residential subdivision and the development of five parks including one paseo (trail). The project would include the demolition of existing onsite structures and improvements to PFE Road, Antelope Road, the PFE Road/Cook Riolo Road Intersection, and the Cook Riolo Road/Vineyard Road intersection. PROJECT LOCATION: The 65.2-acre project site is located south of PFE Road, west of Antelope Road and north of the Placer County/Sacramento County line in the southeast portion of the Dry Creek-West Placer Community Plan (DCWPCP) area of Placer County, California. The site is identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 474-130-007, -009, -010, -017, -018, -022, and -024. The Final EIR consists of (1) Revisions to the Draft EIR text, (2) Comments received during the public comment period on the Draft REIR and responses thereto, and (3) A Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
