NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY OF FOLSOM CORPORATION YARD SITE PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals for the preparation of the Corporation Yard Site Planning and Environmental Assessment for the City of Folsom (the "Project") will be received by the City of Folsom (the "City"). Proposals will be accepted ONLY at the office of the City Clerk, 50 Natoma Street, Folsom, CA 95630, until 2:00 p.m., September 5, 2025. Proposals must be enclosed in an envelope marked: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR: City of Folsom Corporation Yard Site Planning and Environmental Assessment RFP Copies of the Request for Proposal and accompanying documents will be available starting August 4, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. at www.virtual-bid.com and www.publicpurchase.com. Each proposer must be added to the plan holder's list for the Project to receive addenda and to be eligible to submit a proposal for the Project. The scope of work of this request for proposals is generally described as developing the site planning and environmental assessment for the City's new Corporation Yard site south of Highway 50. Services for the site planning and environmental assessment would include reviewing background documentation, updating the staffing and facility needs, utility identification and coordination, site survey, site planning, conceptual alternatives analysis and costing, grant support, and environmental documentation. Requests for technical information or clarification shall be directed to the City's representative, Ryan Chance, email: rchance@folsom.ca.us on or before Friday, August 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Each Proposal must include all information and forms identified in the RFP as due at the time for receipt of Proposals. The City is not responsible for misdelivered Proposals, and the Proposer is strictly liable for its chosen method of delivery. It is the Proposer's sole responsibility to make sure that Proposals arrive at the proper location. Any Proposal which does not actually arrive in the City Clerk's Office by the RFP due date and time will be rejected, even if properly addressed or delivered to another City Department. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal or in the proposal process.
