ADVERTISEMENT Pest & Vermin Control Services 2025-ITB-134 Rebid SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to furnish Pierce County services for Pest and Vermon Control Services. The successful bidder shall perform regular monthly service for control of mice, rats, roaches, ants, silverfish, fleas, termites, and other pests that may be detected by the Control Agent or County Representative. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The initial contract amount is estimated to be $50,000.00 not including WA State Sales Tax; the County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract. PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: No Pre-bid is planned for this bid opportunity. HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the Project List (opengov.com). Notifications for bid updates, addendum and other bid information will be sent to all bidders who register with Pierce County OPENGOV and are a 'Bidder' under this bid number. PRE-BID QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted within the Pierce County OPENGOV Software, under the Clarifications Tab not later than 8/14/2025 at 4:00 PM PST. Bidders must be registered in the OPENGOV software in order to submit questions. Oral explanations, interpretations, or instructions given by anyone before award of a contract will not be binding on the County. COMPLETION TIME: The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be one (1) year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional four (4) years. Total contract time is not to exceed five (5) Years.
