Invitation to Bid CITY OF BURLESON RFCSP 2025-003 Industrial Blvd Pump Station Expansion Alsbury Blvd Pump Station Decommissioning Notice is hereby given that the City of Burleson is seeking proposals for the expansion of Industrial Blvd. pump station and the decommissioning of Alsbury Blvd pump station. The deadline for submission is September 11, 2025 at 2:00PM CST. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 27, 2025 at 10:00AM CST at 135 W. Ellison Street, Burleson, TX with a site visit to follow. The bid opening will be virtual at 2:30PM. A link for the bid opening will be provided via Bonfire. The major work will consist of the construction of a new pump station with a 14.4 MGD initial firm capacity (16.5 MGD ultimate). The project includes, but is not limited to: ~4,800 SF Pump Station Building, three (3) 5,000 gpm horizontal split case pumps and 400 HP motors, one (1) 2 Million Gallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank, one (1) City of Fort Worth wholesale meter station, yard piping and other site improvements, ~1,200 LF offsite 24-inch water line, electrical system including a 1,500 kW emergency generator and controls, demolition of existing Alsbury Pump Station, and demolition of existing Industrial Park Blvd Pump Station.
