VILLAGE OF PINECREST Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, 6:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Municipal Center/Council Chamber, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida, to consider the following ordinance on Second Reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE 2024-2025 OPERATING AND CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET (3rd QUARTER); PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained in the Office of the Village Clerk at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida 33156 or via e-mail by sending a request to clerk@pinecrest-fl.gov. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all persons who are disabled and who need special accommodations to participate in this meeting because of that disability should contact the Village Clerk at 305-234-2121 no later than four business days prior to such proceeding.
