NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING WESTVIEW NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Westview North Community Development District will be held on August 14, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at the Westview Clubhouse, 12500 NW 24th Ave, Miami, FL 33167. At the special meeting the Board is expected to discuss prior actions taken at the July 29, 2025 meeting, and discuss and consider the updated versions of the Engineer's Report, Assessment Report, Chapter 170 Resolutions, Bond Authorization Resolution and such other items associated with moving forward with the acquisition of the club facilities and parcel. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
