NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF DINUBA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at the regular meeting of the Dinuba City Council and to introduce the following Ordinance for first reading: CITY OF DINUBA ORDINANCE NO. 2025-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DINUBA AMENDING CHAPTERS 6.28, 6.32, 6.50, 6.76, TITLE 6 ("ANIMALS"), CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF ANIMALS, LICENSING AND PERMITTING OF ANIMALS AND COMMERCIAL ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENTS, IMPOUNDING OF ANIMALS, AND THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF DOGS The City of in the interest of the public safety, health and welfare desires to modify its regulations of animals related to the licensing and permitting of animals and commercial animal establishments, impounding of animals, and the sale or transfer of dogs within the jurisdiction of the City. Adoption of ordinances or their amendments require a first reading and second reading at two separate meetings of the City Council. This public hearing will be to consider the first reading of the proposed amendments.
