NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at its regular meeting on July 16th, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Fresno County Fire Protection District ("District") passed and adopted Ordinance No. 2025-03, by the following votes: AYES: John Arabian, Brad Richter, Carryl Mendes, Francisco J. Chavez, Stanley Bulla, and Dan Mather NOES: None ABSTAINED: John Diener The purpose of the Ordinance is to establish standards within the District Uniform Fire Code for defined Photovoltaic and Battery Electric Storage System Projects within the District.
