PUBLIC NOTICE LEASE OF COUNTY PROPERTY Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 160A, including but not limited to the provisions of NCGS 160A-272 of the North Carolina General Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County intends to vote on whether to lease to Solty's Place Adult Day Health Program, the building located at 105 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough, NC. The lease renewal covers 3,550 square feet of rentable space in the Orange County Passmore Center with 750 square feet of exterior patio space. The lease will be for a five-year term at $1.00 a year plus a $400 per month maintenance fee, with the option for one five-year renewal. All persons interested in this lease are invited to attend the Orange County Board of County Commissioners meeting at the Whitted Building, 300 W Tryon Street, Hillsborough NC at 7:00 p.m. on September 4th, 2025.
