MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE
DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES & FINANCIAL RECOVERY ASSISTANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Miami Shores Village is seeking a qualified firm to provide emergency debris monitoring services and financial recover assistance and the associated management and accounting services that are required during any emergency, as further described in "RFP 2025-08-01 Disaster Debris Monitoring Services & Financial Recovery Assistance".
The awarded Contractor will provide disaster debris monitoring services and financial recovery assistance, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested firms may secure the solicitation package by visiting the Village website https://www.msvfl.gov/departments/procurement/CurrentSolicitations
This project may be federally funded through FEMA, the State of Florida and/or other Disaster Grant Assistance Program. Contractors must complete this project in accordance with applicable regulations contained in Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, as well as regulations promulgated by Federal Agencies, including OMB, FEMA, and FHWA, as well as Florida agencies FDOT, FDH, NRCS, SFWMD, and FDEP in conjunction with any grant requirements.
Proposals must be signed, sealed and delivered to the Office of the Village Clerk, Miami Shores Village, 10050 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, FL 33138, no later than 2:30 p.m. Friday on September 5. 2025, and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner on the outside of the envelope: "RFP 2025-08-01 Disaster Debris Monitoring Services & Financial Recovery Assistance". Facsimile or emailed bids shall be rejected and will not be accepted. The Village will not be responsible for any delays by delivery services or the US Postal Service. Late submittals will be returned.
Miami Shores Village encourages participation from small businesses, women's business enterprises, minority-owned firms and labor surplus area firms pursuant to Federal and State law as outlined in 2 C.F.R. Part 200.321.
Pursuant to subsection (t) "Cone of Silence," of Section 2-11.1 of Miami-Dade County, public notice is hereby given that a "Cone of Silence" is imposed concerning this competitive purchasing process, which generally prohibits communications concerning the ITB until such time as the Village Manager makes a written recommendation to the Village Council.
