Public Hearing
The West Columbia Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
• Consider a variance request for an alternate landscape plan located at 1801 Platt Springs Rd (TMS: 005746-04-012), West Columbia, SC, zoned C-2 (General Commercial).
• Consider a variance request for relief in Section 611.4.1(b) of the West Columbia Zoning Ordinance located at 1801 Platt Springs Rd (TMS: 005746-04-012), West Columbia, SC, zoned C-2 (General Commercial).
• Consider a variance for relief in Section 811.5.2 B of the West Columbia Zoning Ordinance located at 601 North Lucas Street (TMS: 004665-02-005), West Columbia, SC, zoned C-2 (General Commercial).
The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street on Tuesday August 19, 2025, at 6 PM.
